I bitterly regret purchasing this mattress. Starting the very first night, it felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Nothing like what I had experienced in the showroom. I was told to give it time "you need at least 3 months to break it". Now it has been 4 months and there is barely any change. I wake up multiple times at night, and in the morning my back is sore. I didn't have a *single* good night on this and now I am stuck with no possibility to return. A complete waste.

I bought this mattress on September 2, 2022 and it is the worst mattress I have ever had. It has lost a shape and if you sit on any side, you literally can fall off the bed and has lost all continuity and it's full mattress my wife is not developed the bad back and we need to exchange it, but Tempur-pedic refuses to give me any credit on his mattress that has failed after doing not quite three years of service. I would not recommend any Tempur-pedic product in the future as they do not stand by their product at all, I sent pictures of of it and a full description of how my wife can slide through the mattress as it is not firm, even though we bought it as a firm mattress, we are now in the market for a new mattress and definitely will not be looking at a Tempur-pedic learn from my experience and not throw your money away on something that does not stand by their product

Tempur-Pedic, this is unacceptable.

We spent over $5,000 plus on a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze Hybrid, expecting premium quality. In just 3 years, the mattress sank deeply in the middle (we literally roll into a hole), and the so-called "cooling technology" is useless.
Despite sending clear photos showing the defect, Tempur-Pedic refused to honor the 5-year warranty - they didn't even bother sending anyone to inspect it. Their excuse? They called it a "comfort issue." No - this is a defective, unusable mat
Do to my current condition and pass back surgery ,I purposely chose this mattress to help with my pain and chronic back issues.
At first, I slept well then less then one year later, noticing my pain worsening looking at the mattress and realizing the defectiveness, I even change size with my husband with no success!
We are healthy adults, not overweight with any other issues than back pain
We followed every care instruction, submitted clear photos, and even explained that the bed is unusable - yet you denied our claim without even inspecting it.
This isn't "comfort preference." It's a defective product, and your refusal to honor the warranty leaves us no choice but to pursue further action through the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General's Office for Consumer Protection, and explore legal remedies for breach of warranty.
Tempur-Pedic markets luxury but hides behind fine print when there's a real problem. We will continue to make our experience public until this is resolved."

The tempurpedic mattress is exceptionally good. It keeps the body very cool at night time during summer. An excellent mattress to get a very deep sleep. It is the best mattress I ever had. Very comfortable feeling when you go to sleep. Perfect amount of firmness and softness in the mattress. My sleep has been very deep and relaxing ever since I started using it 2.5 months ago

Purchased first Tempurpedic mattress over 20 yrs ago. Best thing at the time! And still is! The newer Hybrid proBreeze has come a long way with what was great, then! Love the newest technology. This mattress supports your body like no other. I highly recommend it. The quality of this mattress is definitely top of the line.

We were looking for a replacement pillow for better support for the neck at the Plaza Sing outlet and we were served by Edward Lua and Veron. Edward took the time and patience to truly understand our needs and thoughtfully recommended that we replace the mattress for spine support and comfort. Edward was extremely knowledgeable about the products and shared his own experiences and explained the different mattresses and benefits. Eventually, I am convinced about this best option and I bought Pro Plus SmartCool Medium.
Tempur mattress and pillows arrived 3 days ago and we are very pleased.
We will spread the great service and expert advice by Edward & Veron and will recommend Tempur Mattress to our family and friends. Great job! 🙌

This is our second Tempur-pedic mattress. We also have had about 6 pillows. Both were of great quality, the stitching was good and it was cooling. The only reason we rated it a 4 is because there were many layers to put on, then take off for the serial number, and put back on.

Hi Folks, this is our third Tempur-Pedic mattress and our second Tempur-ProBreeze series (due to larger bed). After 20yrs in the military both my wife and I our backs are a mess. I was diagnosed with a server back issue and the ProBreeze hybrid is an awesome mattress for anyone who has back issues. By the end of the day, it's hard to walk and the lower back is very swollen. The cool bed feels so good on my back as I lay down and by the time I go to sleep I feel the swelling beginning to reduce. The next morning my back feels so good!!! I can get up walk halfway decent and I love it. Thank you Tempur-Pedic P.S. for side sleepers! the ProBreeze hybrid mattress is great for the hips as well!

This is our second tempur-pedic cooling mattress. Our first was a Contour Elite Breeze which was noticeably cool to the touch. We decided to upgrade after 5 years as we noticed the cooling sensation began to fade over time. This was supposed to be the most premium cooling mattress that is offered but it has absolutely no right to be called that. We continue to wake up hot and sweaty night after night, and when I called customer service, no one took our request seriously that our mattress was not working as advertised. Defect or not I would never recommend another cooling mattress from tempur-pedic.

Love this bed. This is the second Tempur-Pedic mattress that we have purchased. The first one we had for over 20 years and I have just purchased a new mattress with the adjustable base. This bed has been so great for us. We are looking forward to have the Tempur-Pedic mattress with the adjustable base. This will make it so nice to be able to read and watch TV in bed.

Purchased this product after laying on the mattress in the store. It was definitely an ah ha moment, so comfy. The mattress arrived and I couldn't wait to go to bed. Boy was I shocked when I laid down as it was akin to the driveway. After two weeks, I went to the store to see if I was crazy and their mattress was just as comfortable as I remembered. The sales lady said you have to jump up and down, walk, and generally beat the tar out of it to break it down. No refunds since it was purchased from a third party retailer. I feel it's a bait and switch. I will do as recommended and see if it does get like the demo, otherwise it's going in my guest room. At least company won't stay long!

I really like the firmness. We got a medium-firm one. It supports my back perfectly and it doesn't heat up like my old mattress. I was having back pain with my old one, probably because it was a softer one and lower quality. I am 6 feet and 220 pounds. This one worked just perfectly. Best mattress purchase of my life.

Gone through several mattresses in past 10 years, didn't sleep well on any...too hot, pressure points... With our new PRObreeze I know sleep all night and have no soreness waking up! It really is cool to the touch and keeps you cool all night, sorry I waited so long to purchase.

I bought the Split Cal King Probreeze Medium Hybrid with the smart adjustable base. One side of the mattress feels harder then the other. Along with that, one side is almost 1" higher then the other. Super annoying! I tried calling for help with this and they said to submit a warranty claim. I did that and they rejected me. It seems there quality control is not that great. I would not buy it from the outlet, since you can not return it if you get a split mattress.

This mattress does not live up to its claim of little or no motion transfer! Like many individuals, I am a light sleeper. My husband, on the other hand, is a sound sleeper. Our prior all-foam Tempurpedic mattress had no motion transfer. The reviews claimed that the ProBreeze Hybrid mattress received 4 out of 5 stars for motion transfer. However, we both feel a lot of motion each time we roll over and/or get in and out of bed. We recently learned that Tempurpedic does not warranty motion transfer of any kind and would not send a representative to look at our mattress for a possible defect. This was very disappointing since they built their reputation on the premise of "little or no motion transfer."

Made the financial commitment that our sleep was high on the priority list - and we weren't sleeping. Tried numerous products from different vendors. The Tempurpedic ProBreeze Hybrid (medium) was by far the most comfortable tried in the showroom. Hesitant to go all-in but made the leap of faith. The first night I slept a straight 5 hours - haven't done that in years. Woke up feeling rested, rejuvinated and ready for the day. This bed provided both of us a cool, comfortable bed without "hot spots" where legs, hips or shoulders hit the mattress. It simply envelopes you in a comfortable cocoon and allows you to rest peacefully. Although "cocoon" is not the right word, I truly feel that I can sleep in any position and this mattress will conform to my body evenly and gently. Each time I go to bed, I feel like my tempurpedic adjusts exactly to MY body and allows me to get the sleep I need. Well deserved gift to ourselves!! The pillows are incredible as well!

I purchased the hybrid model thinking it would be medium firm. I was definitely wrong. It's extremely firm and not comfortable for my liking. I pray that this mattress will soften up in time because I can't return it. It was a very costly lessons learned. My advice do not buy into all the hype, and definitely do not purchase discontinued models because you can't return them.

Mattress was quite cool when we lay down on it in store. At home it is cool at first but as soon as body adjusts to it, feels like body temp. Due to health issue, I still get hot at night no matter what. Mattress is cool to touch wherever you aren't touching. I don't particularly care for the mattress cover that was recommended as it is slippery, and sheets move around on it. The mattress is supportive and comfortable, and my back ache went away as did my husband's.
