Return processed after delivery because the mattress is not as firm as expected. The customer service process is disappointing and not worth the cost to return it. My previous cloud I loved for 10 years and it was less. They don't offer exchange under their 90 day unless you spend at least 3k.

We just came from a pro adapt, medium hybrid and got the regular adapt medium hybrid because we wanted a split king and it was all we can afford and switching from those beds. This regular adapt is hard as a rock. are sleeping has been absolutely terrible. We've actually reverted back to our original pro adapt to actually catch up on Sleep debt during the day when time allows everything but pleasant on this mattress. There's literally a $2000 difference from the adapt to pro adapt cost, which is ridiculous

Over the past 2 years we have tried a total of 6 (YES SIX!) different mattresses. Everyone we tried made us sore when we got up in the morning even when we felt fine going to bed at night. We finally got the TempurPedic Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress, and we now wake up feeling great!

After sleeping on a worn-out memory foam mattress for over 10 years, my wife and I finally decided it was time to invest in ourselves. We purchased the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium King with an adjustable base, and it has been one of the best purchases we've ever made.
I am a 100% disabled veteran with an L4-L5 spinal fusion, an L5-S1 discectomy, chronic knee problems, and years of back pain. My wife is a retired nurse who has significant shoulder injuries with surgical hardware from previous fractures. We both expected the mattress to be more comfortable, but we did not expect it to change our daily lives the way it has.
Within days, we were both waking up with dramatically less pain. My back and knees feel better during the day, and my wife is getting out of bed with more energy than she has had in years. We even tested the more expensive ProAdapt model and honestly preferred the feel of the Adapt Medium. For us, paying another $1,000 simply didn't make sense because this mattress already felt perfect.
The adjustable base has been an unexpected game changer. We spend evenings in Zero-G mode reading, watching TV, working on school assignments, and simply enjoying time together without constantly shifting around trying to get comfortable. The vibration feature is incredibly relaxing and often puts us right to sleep.
What stands out most is that we are no longer thinking about pain all the time. We are sleeping better, moving better, and enjoying life more. My wife is currently doing classwork and working on her book from bed-something that would have been uncomfortable before. I am back outside spending time in my butterfly garden and staying active.
As a disabled veteran and a retired nurse, we've spent our lives dealing with injuries, recovery, and the effects of chronic pain. This mattress and adjustable base combination has genuinely improved our quality of life. We often find ourselves talking about how it may be the best money we've ever spent.

I did a lot of research before buying this mattress, including a list of questions for the sales person. Confident in the product he was selling and myself confident in what I was paying a lot of my hard earned money for we were not expecting the outcome. One year after purchase date our mattress leaves us so sore we can barely climb out of the holes (that aren't supposed to be there) every morning. There is a stipulation on the 10 year warranty the indentation in the mattresss has to be at least 3/4" ours is at 1/2" (mind you there isn't supposed to be any indentation especially at only a year old). We were told if we could sleep on it until it reached 3/4" something could be done. Unfortunately I can not physically or mentally handle another lost night of sleep, so out the window with the big money we spent and we have to invest in another mattress. IT WILL NOT be a tempurpedic.

After 5 years I started to have severe neck pain because the mattress lost it medium grade and after
reading all the complain I notice that the warranty has a lot of loophole and this is not an "American"

We got the tempurpedic Adapt mattress in October 2025. This is the worst bed we've ever had. When we sit on the side of the bed it sinks so bad that we end up sitting on the frame of the bed. The layers are separating, but they will not warranty the mattress out. We have a solid base under the mattress, but they said that it is not acceptable. They said it had to be one of their frames. We were not told that when we chose the mattress. I will not recommend a Tempurpedic mattress to anyone. My husband and I wake up with severe back pain, and I also have all over body pain and I can barely walk. Worst mattress ever.

I truly love my mattress. I'm comfortable, sleep better and can relax relax during the day with my adjustable base, although it's lower for my personal liking. For someone who's 5'8 it's shorter than my old bed set but the mattress alone is very comfortable

I can not wait until the 30 days are up to initiate a return. This is the worst matress I've had to sleep on. In fact I'm to the point where sleeping on the floor is more comfortable. It has zero back support, and you just sink in! My husband and I both wake up in pain daily now that we have this matress.

This has been a nightmare. I trusted the brand name and bought directly on their website. The mattress didn't feel like what I laid on in the store (I tripled checked I ordered the same one). When I contacted them they said I needed to break it in and to try to keep my bedroom warm and give it about 3 more months. After their return period of course. There's a huge indents/divot that's causing me so much back pain. My pet sitter staid in the bed for a week and also noticed this. I've since contacted customer service again and they refuse to help. They keep asking me for pictures and making it more impossible each time. I sent them all the pictures they wanted and then they just kept asking for more, like a rod laying across the length of the bed while holding a flat ruler up where the divot is but making sure to have the entire bed end to end in the picture but close enough to see the ruler. I asked them how it was possible and they couldn't provide an answer. I filed a BBB complaint and they didn't respond at all. I'll never purchase their brand again.

Only lasted 3 years before the mattress started breaking down in the middle, basically creating a sinkhole and couldn't sleep on it. The warranty is also a joke, the company would not honor it even when sent proof of the condition. I won't waste my time or money on anything from this brand again.

We are adjusting to the Adapt Hybrid mattress. We thought it would be softer because it has coils like a typical mattress, but it isn't. We wanted to try a soft mattress, but after visiting at least 10 furniture stores, no one had the soft Adapt to try. So we were concerned that it would be too soft and went with the medium. If you like a soft mattress, I would definitely go with the Adapt soft. We could send it back for a soft, but we would have shipping charges again and just don't want to spend another $175. for shipping. I'm going to select that I would recommend this product because some sleepers would like it.

It's already sagging and feels warm sleeping on the Tempur adapt after 45 days. I am using the same base I had for my previous tempur pedic mattress for last 14 years. Customer service felt it was my base wasn't "approved" and would not refund my money, so I replace it with another tempur pedic mattress. The mattress is comfortable, but I would recommend the cooling mattress version.

We've had our Tempur-pedic mattress for six years. We've never removed it from the bed nor have we ever slept on it without a cover. We recently removed the cover to spot, clean it, and noticed there were rips in the foam. We submitted a refund claim, and we were told that it was not covered under warranty because we had misused the mattress. That is not true they would not reconsider any information that we provided and told us we were SOL. We own three queen and one king size Tempur-pedic mattresses, and have always raved about them to our friends. Never again while I recommend this product to anyone.

The mattress took a few weeks to get adjusted to but has improved our previous back issues. Only issue is the sleep tracker feature should be optional. If you do not sign up and give up personal information the module has a light that never stops blinking. Hence the 4 star rating and not 5.

I ordered this mattress two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I have called customer service multiple times and they informed me they sold me an out-of-stock mattress, which would add a delay to the delivery. Each time I called, they promised to send an email following up with updates about my order but failed to do so. They also told me multiple times that my mattress would ship the next day, but it still has not shipped. This is far from the "white glove delivery" that is advertised and promised in the order confirmation
